It is a common ruse for spammers to choose random domains as spoofed reply-to addresses, and recently “stevethemacguy.com” was chosen by unknown spammers for such a duty. This is commonly referred to as a “Joe Job” and some useful information about it can be found here.
Any commercial “spam” email you may have received from “stevethemacguy.com” did not actually come from this site.
